"Highbridge Overlook, L.P. is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 114 affordable rental apartments now under construction at 240 West 167th Street in the Highbridge section of the Bronx."

THIS APPLICATION has to be postmarked BEFORE September 24th, 2013 in order to be considered for the lottery process.

You also have to follow the income criterias because otherwise, you will not qualify.
