Hoewood Point Development LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for five 3 Bedroom apartments for affordable housing in 1023 Longwood Avenue in the Longwood section of the Bronx.

Remember that you have to follow the income guidelines, I cannot stress this enough. If you are not in between the income guidelines please know that you can be rejected.

LEBANON WEST FARMS is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 140 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 1160 Lebanon Street, 1172 East Tremont Avenue, and 1175 East Tremont Avenue in the West Farm section of The Bronx.


Please remembet that this application's deadline is October 17th, 2013. If you send out an application after this date, they will keep you on the waiting list.....it can be a LONG waiting list!

THIS APPLICATION has to be postmarked BEFORE September 24th, 2013 in order to be considered for the lottery process.

You also have to follow the income criterias because otherwise, you will not qualify.
